Eataly at Park MGM is a beautifully designed space with a vibrant atmosphere and an impressive variety of food stations, each with its own specialty—from pasta and pizza to seafood and desserts. It’s a fun concept that gives you plenty of options to explore. However, the food itself was underwhelming. Despite the upscale setting and wide selection, the quality didn’t match the hype. Portions were small, and prices felt high for what you get. It’s more about the experience and ambiance than value or taste. Worth checking out if you’re curious, but manage your expectations when it comes to the food.

Walked here from a nearby hotel for dinner with colleagues. The ambience was pretty good - bright and airy, with many different individual food stores in the place selling different foods and drinks. I ordered a pasta from pasta fresca and a wine from another bar. The pasta was OK but at about 40 bucks it felt very overpriced. Same for the wine which was over 20 bucks. Probably won't come here again.

Eataly was a wonderful experience even with a gluten allergy. At Pizza and Pasta, I enjoyed a gluten free pizza. The crust was delicious and though they warned of possible cross-contamination, I did not experience any effects. The salad was dressed lightly and deliciously. And the seasonal cocktail i had was one of my favorite of all time - gin, fresh watermelon juice, cucumber, lime. So delicious!

Ambiance: Italian food hall/market with numerous Italian-inspired stands offering a wide selection of drinks, appetizers, bread, desserts, and entrees. We got a few appetizers and types of bread to split amongst our group, paired with their wines and Italian sodas (of course!) A bit pricey for essentially a food hall, but totally worth it for the ambiance and selection. The space is really nice and located at the Park MGM. Great for families and large groups. Clean and fairly fast, although it certainly gets crowded around peak dining times.

Cucina del Mercato is our go-to spot in Vegas--just look at the photos! The crispy calamari and zucchini fries are always perfectly seasoned, and their roast beef sandwich oozes with savory goodness. Even their specialty Italian sodas, like Aranciata Rossa and MoleCola, add a fun, authentic touch. We've been coming here for years, and it's consistently excellent. The atmosphere is inclusive and inviting, and the entire staff is incredibly kind--especially Nylah and Nick. Nylah's thoughtful, attentive hospitality made us feel right at home, while Nick's dynamic energy and enthusiasm added a spark to our experience. With so many menu options, there's truly something for everyone. Highly recommend!
